KORY SCHEELER AND ALEJANDRA ROSALES, Appellants, v. KIMBERLY A. PHILLIPS, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FRANK G. DAVENPORT LIVING TRUST AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FRANK G. DAVENPORT ESTATE, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from post-judgment orders denying motions for relief under NRCP 60(b). Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jacob A. Reynolds, Judge.
On January 10, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellants to, among other things, file and serve, by May 12, 2025, either (1) a brief that complies with the requirements in NRAP 28(a) and NRAP 32, or (2) the “Informal Brief Form for Pro Se Parties” provided by the clerk. The notice cautioned appellants that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief by the deadline may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d).
When appellants failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, this court entered an order on June 24, 2025, noting that appellants opening brief or informal brief was overdue and directing appellants to file the opening brief or informal brief within 14 days. The order also cautioned appellants that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d). To date, appellants have failed to file the opening brief or informal brief or otherwise communicate with this court. Because it appears that appellants have abandoned this appeal, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
