ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On May 22, 2025, appellants and respondents the State of Nevada, ex rel. State Board of Equalization and New Nevada Lands, LLC, filed a joint motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. Although it did not file a cross-appeal, respondent Battle Mountain Solar Project, LLC, opposes the motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellant and respondent the State of Nevada, ex rel. State Board of Equalization have each filed a reply in support of the motion for voluntary dismissal. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. NRAP 42.
