ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on April 7, 2025, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). On April 22, 2025, this court directed the district court to rule on appellant's pending application to proceed in forma pauperis. Because the district court denied appellant's application to proceed in forma pauperis, on May 28, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to either pay the filing fee or to file an updated signed application to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court and to file a file-stamped copy of that order in this court within 30 days. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's May 28, 2025, order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
