ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a final judgment awarding child custody. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Gregory G. Gordon, Judge.

On April 1, 2025, this court issued a notice that, among other things, directed appellant to file and serve by June 2, 2025, a fast track opening brief. The notice cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the fast track opening brief by the deadline may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 3E(l). When appellant failed to file the fast track opening brief, this court entered an order on June 11, 2025, noting that appellant's fast track opening brief was overdue and directing appellant to file the fast track opening brief within 7 days. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the fast track opening brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 3E(l). To date, appellant has failed to file the fast track opening brief or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court,
