ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order dismissing the underlying case against appellant. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Kathleen M. Drakulich, Judge.
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, it does not appear that appellant is aggrieved by the order dismissing the case. See NRS 177.015 (providing that only an aggrieved party in a criminal action may appeal to this court). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
