ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On May 2, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to, within 30 days, pay the filing fee or to file an updated application to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court and to file a file-stamped copy of the application in this court. See NRAP 3(e). That order cautioned appellant that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
