Accordingly, the petition for en banc reconsideration is granted. This court's previous opinion in this matter, Clark Cnty. School Dist. v. Dist. Ct. (Angalia B.), 141 Nev., Adv. Op. No. 11 (March 6, 2025), is hereby withdrawn.
