ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
In response to this court's order to show cause why this writ petition should not be dismissed as moot, petitioner indicates that he withdraws the petition. We construe petitioner's response as a motion to voluntarily dismiss under NRAP 42 and grant the motion. This writ proceeding is thus dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
