ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a purported district court decision denying appellant's post-conviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Review of the district court's docket entries and the documents before this court, however, indicates that the district court has not entered an order resolving appellant's habeas petition and the petition remains pending below. Appellant's notice of appeal is premature and this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.1
