ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Appellant, who has been deemed a vexatious litigant below, appeals the district court's decision not to hear various motions and taking the motions off calendar based on appellant's failure to obtain approval to file them. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jennifer L. Schwartz, Judge.
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no statute or court rule allows for an appeal from this decision. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
