ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order awarding attorney fees and costs. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Kimberly A. Wanker, Judge.
On April 7, 2025, this court issued an order directing appellant to, by April 21, 2025, either (1) inform this court, in writing, that it intends to proceed with this appeal with respect to the award of costs or (2) file a motion oi’ stipulation to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned.
