ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order awarding attorney fees and costs in a child custody matter. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Stacy Michelle Rocheleau, Judge.

On February 12, 2025, this court entered an order granting a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for appellant and directing appellant, within 30 days, to retain new counsel and cause new counsel to file a notice of appearance with this court, or advise this court if he will not be retaining new counsel and will proceed pro se. The order cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant failed to respond to the order. Therefore, this court issued an order on March 24, 2025, directing appellant, within 14 days, to retain new counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance in this court or to inform this court whether he intends to proceed pro se. The order again cautioned appellant that failure to timely comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court.
