ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from an order denying a motion for reconsideration in a matter concerning the custody of a minor child. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Dedree Butler, Judge.

On January 17, 2025, this court entered an order granting a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for appellant and directing appellant, within 30 days, to retain new counsel and cause new counsel to file a notice of appearance with this court, or advise this court if he will not be retaining new counsel and will proceed pro se. The order cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant failed to respond to this order. Therefore, this court issued an order on March 11, 2025, directing appellant, within 14 days, to retain new counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance in this court or to inform this court whether he intends to proceed pro se. The order again cautioned appellant that failure to timely comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court.
