ORDER DISMISSING PETITION
On February 13, 2025, counsel for petitioners filed a notice, which is construed as a motion, seeking to voluntarily withdraw the petition for a writ of mandamus, indicating that the district court granted petitioners’ motion for relief under NRCP 60 and thereby reversed the decisions that are the subject of this writ petition. The motion is granted, and this petition is dismissed. NRAP 42.
