ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On February 26, 2025, this court entered an order striking the case appeal statement because it was deficient. That order directed appellants to correct the deficiency and re-file the case appeal statement within 7 days and cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal.
On March 10, 2025, appellants re-filed the case appeal statement. Appellants also filed a motion for an extension of time to file the case appeal statement. On March 12, 2025, this court entered an order striking the case appeal statement because it was still deficient but granting appellants motion for an extension of time. The order directed appellants to correct the deficiencies and re-file the case appeal statement that conformed with the rules by March 19, 2025. The order cautioned appellants that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal.
Appellants did not timely file a case appeal statement that conforms with the rules. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
