ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order dismissing a complaint pursuant to NRCP 12(b)(5). On December 27, 2024, this court issued an order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, as it appeared that a final judgment had not been entered in the underlying proceedings. In the response to the order to show cause, appellant states that dismissal is appropriate. Respondents have not filed a reply to the order to show cause and the time to do so has expired. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal.
