ERIC S. EARLEY, Appellant, v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; AND NATIONAL DEFAULT SERVICING CORPORATION, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying an objection to the mediator's statement and issuing a certificate of foreclosure. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jerry A. Wiese, Judge.
On November 6, 2024, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a docketing statement by November 27, 2024, and an opening brief or informal brief by March 6, 2025. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement, this court issued an order on December 23, 2024, directing appellant to file and serve a docketing statement within 7 days. See NRAP 14(b). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. On December 31, 2024, appellant filed the docketing statement, but on the same date, this court issued a notice rejecting the docketing statement because it was untimely and must be accompanied by a separate motion for extension of time. When appellant failed to file a motion or the docketing statement, this court issued an order on February 11, 2025, directing appellant to file the docketing statement by February 18, 2025. That order again cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the docketing statement or to otherwise communicate with this court. Additionally, appellant's opening brief is now overdue. As it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
