GRANT SAXENA, Appellant, v. CARMEN PAULINA MARTINEZ-DIAZ, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). Because the district court denied appellant's application to proceed in forma pauperis, on January 15, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to pay the filing fee. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Because appellant did not comply with the January 15, 2025, order, on February 14, 2024, this court entered an order directing appellant to pay the filing fee within 7 days and cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's orders. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
It is so ORDERED.
