ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on November 14, 2024. Because the check for the filing fee that was submitted with the notice of appeal was returned for non-sufficient funds, on November 27, 2024, this court issued a notice directing appellant to pay the filing fee by way of a cashier's check or money order within 14 days. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. In light of this order, no action will be taken on appellant's November 21, 2024, motion for stay.

It is so ORDERED.
