ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a divorce decree and post-decree order denying a motion to set aside the divorce decree. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Mari D. Parlade, Judge.

On October 14, 2024, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve the docketing statement within 21 days, the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, and the opening brief or informal brief within 120 days. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement and transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested, this court issued an order on November 13, 2024, directing appellant to file those documents by November 27, 2024. See NRAP 14; NRAP 9(a). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. On December 4, 2024, appellant filed his informal brief. On December 5, 2024, this court issued an order striking the brief as non-compliant and directing appellant to refile his brief by February 11, 2025.

To date, appellant has failed to file the docketing statement, the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request, and a compliant informal brief. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
