IN RE: THE: 23 PARTNERS TRUST I, DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2017 MICHAEL T. NEDDER AND DOUGLAS DELUCA, TRUSTEES OF THE 23 PARTNERS TRUST I, Appellants, v. JOANNE S. BRIGGS, AS PARENT AND FORMER GUARDIAN OF JULIA ANN DELUCA AND ALEXANDER IAN DELUCA AND JULIA ANN DELUCA AND ALEXANDER IAN DELUCA, AS BENEFICIARIES OF 23 PARTNERS TRUST I, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order granting a petition for reimbursement in a trust matter. In response to this court's December 20, 2024, order holding this matter in abeyance pending the resolution of certain motions in the district court, the district court submitted a copy of an order stating its inclination to grant the trustees’ “Motion for Relief from Judgment” and hear the underlying petition on the merits. After issuing an order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed based on the district court's order, appellants responded that they did not object to the dismissal of the appeal. Respondents have not filed a reply to the order to show cause, and the time to do so has passed. In light of the foregoing, we dismiss this appeal so that the matter may proceed in the district court. See NRAP 12A(b).
It is so ORDERED.
