ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from the “final judgment/order in case no. c-20-346920-1.”. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jacqueline M. Bluth, Judge.
The judgment of conviction in the district court case identified in the notice of appeal was entered on July 16, 2021. Appellant's notice of appeal was filed on January 7, 2025, well-beyond the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(b). Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944. 946 (1994) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). Further, appellant already filed an appeal challenging the judgment of conviction in Docket No. 83383 and he may not pursue two appeals from the same order. This court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
