GEORGE BARRIOS, Appellant, v. APEX EXECUTIVE PROTECTION SERVICES; AND LIBERTY MUTUAL, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from an order denying a petition for judicial review of an agency determination. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Gloria Sturman, Judge.
On November 8, 2024, this court entered an order granting a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for appellant and directing appellant, within 30 days, to retain new counsel and cause new counsel to file a notice of appearance with this court, or advise this court if he will not be retaining new counsel and will proceed pro se. Appellant failed to respond to this order. Therefore, this court issued an order on December 18, 2024, directing appellant, within 14 days, to retain new counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance in this court or to inform this court whether he intends to proceed pro se. The order cautioned appellant that failure to timely comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, as it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
