This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se notice of appeal. The notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court, see NRAP 3(c)(1)(B), and appellant has already appealed the September 24, 2024, order dismissing his postconviction habeas petition in Docket No. 89593 and he may not pursue two appeals challenging the same district court order. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
