ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from “the judgment or order entered on the 20 day of September 2016-retroactive.” No order was entered in the underlying district court case on that date. In fact, the underlying district court case was not commenced until May 17, 2017. The notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court in the underlying case. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
