ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on November 13, 2024, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). That same day, this court issued a notice directing appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 14 days. On November 26, 2024, appellant filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Because a motion to proceed in forma pauperis must be presented to the district court in the first instance, see NRAP 24, on November 27, 2024, this court entered an order that denied the motion and directed appellant to refile the motion in the district court and to file a file-stamped copy of the motion in this court within 30 days. Appellant was alternatively directed to pay the filing fee within the same time period. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's November 27, 2024, order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
