ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS

These are appeals, filed by appellant pro se, from March 12 and 13, 2024, judgments of conviction. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Robert W. Lane, Judge.

When this court's preliminary review of the documents before it revealed a potential jurisdictional defect in each of the appeals, in that the September 3, 2024, notices of appeal appeared untimely, it ordered appellant to show cause why these appeals should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellant's response, through fast track counsel, indicates that the appeals are untimely. As a result, this court lacks jurisdiction, NRAP 4(b); Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944, 946 (1994), and we thus

ORDER these appeals DISMISSED.
