ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order adjudicating subject minor. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Dedree Butler, Judge.
Appellant has filed a motion to voluntarily withdraw this appeal. Appellant's counsel indicates that he has “advised [a]ppellant regarding the loss of his right to appeal [i]f this appeal is dismissed” and that, being so informed, appellant desires to waive his right to pursue this appeal.
