ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This pro se appeal challenges a district court order denying a motion to amend a prior order denying appellant's motions. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Danielle K. Pieper, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, the order challenged in the notice of appeal is not substantively appealable, as no statute or court rule authorizes an appeal from an order denying a motion to amend a prior order denying motions, or from an order denying motions for default and notice. See NRAP 3A(b); Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013) (“[This court] may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule.”).
