GRANT SAXENA, Appellant, v. CARMEN PAULINA MARTINEZ-DIAZ, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed without payment of the requisite filing fee. On October 1, 2024, this court directed the district court to rule on appellant's pending motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The district court denied the motion without prejudice. On November 6, 2024, this court entered an order directing appellant to, within 30 days, either pay the filing fee or refile the motion to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court and filed a file-stamped copy of the motion in this court. Appellant was cautioned the failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not complied with this court's November 6, 2024, order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
Clerk of the Supreme Court Elizabeth A. Brown
