ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Egan K. Walker, Judge.
Appellant's counsel has filed a notice of voluntary withdrawal of this appeal. Counsel verifies that this direct appeal was filed in error, and that counsel has “explained and informed Appellant that [she] would seek equitable relief from the Order Denying Appellant's Petition and Supplemental Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Post-Conviction) with this Court, rather than a direct appeal because [appellant's] sentence on his conviction for sexually motivated battery has expired, and Appellant understands and agrees to proceeding in this manner.” Cause appearing, we
