ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Danielle K. Pieper, Judge.
On September 6, 2024, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve the docketing statement within 21 days, and the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days. When appellant failed to comply, this court issued an order on October 14, 2024, directing appellant to file a docketing statement and transcript request form or certificate that no transcript is to be requested by October 28, 2024. See NRAP 14; NRAP 9(a). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file these documents or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
