ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from district court orders on a motion “to remove and replace Judge Susan Johnson and order a [sic] evidentiary hearing on ineffective assistance of counsel.” Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Susan Johnson, Judge; Jerry Wiese, Judge.
Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from the aforementioned district court orders, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal); see Towbin Dodge, LLC v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Ct., 121 Nev. 251, 254-55, 112 P.3d 1063, 1066 (2005) (stating that a writ of mandamus is the appropriate vehicle for challenging a district court order denying a motion to disqualify a judge). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
