TON VINH LEE, Appellant, v. INGRID PATIN, AN INDIVIDUAL AND PATIN LAW GROUP, PLLC, A NEVADA PROFESSIONAL LLC, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On November 18, 2024, this court entered an order striking the appendix to the opening brief because it was deficient. That order directed appellant to correct the deficiencies and re-file the appendix within 14 days and cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant did not timely file an appendix that conforms with the rules. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
