ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On September 12, 2024, this appeal was dismissed by way of a clerk's order because appellant failed to file an appendix that complied with this court's rules. On September 20, 2024, appellants filed a motion for reconsideration of that order.
On October 16, 2024, this court entered an order granting the motion for reconsideration and reinstating the appeal. The order directed appellants to file and serve an appendix that complies with this court's rules. Appellants were reminded that they must prepare both an alphabetical and chronological index, the indexes must be filed contemporaneously with the appendix as a separate document, and each volume of the appendix must be filed separately. NRAP 30(c)(4). Appellants were cautioned that failure to timely file an appendix that complies with this court's rules by October 30, 2024, would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellants have failed to comply or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
