ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On September 23, 2024, this court entered an order striking appellant's docketing statement because it was deficient. That order directed appellant to correct the deficiencies and re-file the docketing statement within 14 days and cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal.
On October 3, 2024, appellant re-filed the docketing statement. On October 4, 2024, this court entered an order striking the docketing statement because it was still deficient. The order directed appellant to correct the deficiency and re-file the docketing statement that conformed with the rules by October 7, 2024. The order cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant did not timely re-file a docketing statement that conforms with the rules. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
