Matthew Travis HOUSTON, Appellant, v. BERNSTEIN & POISSON, LLP; Scott Poisson; Jack Bernstein; Ryan M. Kerbow, Karlie Gabour, and Christopher D. Burk, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On August 30, 2024, this court entered an order that struck appellant's June 26, 2024, “opening briefs[,] emergency motion (NRAP 27(e))[,] and statement of facts” and July 30, 2024, “supplement to opening brief” because the opening brief was not timely filed. That order directed appellant to, within 14 days, file and serve a motion for extension of time to file the opening brief and to submit a single opening brief that complies with the requirements of NRAP 32 or the “Informal Brief Form for Pro Se Parties.” Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. See NRAP 31(d)(1). Because appellant has not complied with the August 30, 2024, order, this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
