ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On May 21, 2024, this court issued a notice that, among other things, directed appellant to file and serve, within 14 days, the transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested. On July 9, 2024, this court issued an order noting that appellant's transcript request form was overdue and directed appellant to file either a transcript request form or a certificate that no transcripts are being requested within 14 days. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to comply may result in dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 9(a)(7). To date, appellant has failed to file the transcript request form or a certificate that no transcripts are being requested. Further, appellant has failed to file his opening brief or informal brief, which was due on or before September 18, 2024. Accordingly, this court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
