Cesar Ivan TORRES, Appellant, v. Maria De Jesus TORRES, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On August 21, 2024, this court issued a notice referring this matter to the settlement program informing appellant that the docketing statement must be filed within 21 days. See NRAP 14(b). Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. See NRAP 14(c). Because the docketing statement had not yet been filed, on September 12, 2024, this court issued another notice directing appellant's counsel to file the docketing statement within 7 days, again cautioning that failure to comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. To date the docketing statement has not been filed. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
