ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On June 7, 2024, this court entered an order directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement within 21 days. The order also directed appellant to file and serve, by August 6, 2024, either (1) a brief that complies with the requirements in NRAP 28(a) and NRAP 32, or (2) the “Informal Brief Form for Pro Se Parties” provided by the clerk. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on August 12, 2024, directing appellant to file and serve by August 26, 2024, a transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts are requested, the docketing statement, and either (1) a brief that complies with the requirements in NRAP 28(a) and NRAP 32, or (2) the “Informal Brief Form for Pro Se Parties” provided by the clerk. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 9(a)(10); NRAP 14(c); NRAP 31(d). To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal and this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
