Jose Luis BABIN, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This court's review of appellant's three notices of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, the notices of appeal fail to identify any decisions of the district court from which appellant is appealing. Although unclear, it appears that appellant might be seeking a court date to appear before the district judge, to challenge an order denying his motion for appointment of an attorney, and/or to be permitted to call an attorney. None of those things, even if documented in a written order, are appealable. See NRAP 3B. Thus, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
