ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On August 21, 2024, this court entered an order striking the docketing statement because it was deficient. That order directed appellant to correct the deficiency and re-file the docketing statement within 14 days and cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant did not timely file a docketing statement that conforms with the rules. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
