Raymond Edward BELL, Appellant, v. Nicole Danielle ROBINSON, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Respondent has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal as moot now that the 2023-24 school year has concluded. Appellant does not oppose the motion. Cause appearing, the motion is granted. See Personhood Nevada v. Bristol, 126 Nev. 599, 602, 245 P.3d 572, 574 (2010) (explaining that “even though a case may present a live controversy at its beginning, subsequent events may render the case moot”). This appeal is dismissed.1
It is so ORDERED.
FOOTNOTES
1. Given this dismissal, this court takes no action on appellant's motion for a third extension of time to file the opening brief.
