ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order granting a preliminary injunction. On June 25, 2024, this court granted a motion under NRAP 12A and entered an order remanding this appeal to the district court for the limited purpose of allowing the district court to rule on appellant's motion to vacate the preliminary injunction. On July 10, 2024, the district court granted the motion to vacate the preliminary injunction. On July 26, 2024, appellant filed a response informing this court that in light of the district court's order this appeal is moot and can be dismissed. Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
