ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On May 2, 2024, this court issued an order granting appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief and directed appellant to file and serve, by June 10, 2024, either (1) a brief that complies with the requirements in NRAP 28(a) and NRAP 32; or (2) the “Informal Brief Form for Pro Se Parties” provided by the clerk of this court. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d).
When appellant failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, this court issued an order on June 24, 2024, noting that appellant's opening brief was overdue and directing appellant to file the opening brief or informal brief within 14 days. The order again cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d). To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
