ELIZABETH ANN WALKER, Appellant, v. WASHOE COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a final judgment. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Kathleen M. Drakulich, Judge.
On February 22, 2024, the clerk of this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a docketing statement by March 14, 2024. When appellant failed to file a docketing statement, this court issued an order on April 9, 2024, directing appellant to file a docketing statement by April 23, 2024. See NRAP 14. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or to otherwise communicate with this court. The February 22 notice also directed appellant to file an opening brief or informal brief by June 21, 2024. To date, appellant has failed to file her brief. Accordingly, as it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
