JORDAN ZITO. Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a final judgment. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Tammy Riggs, Judge.
On February 28, 2024, the clerk of this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a docketing statement by March 20, 2024, Appellant failed to comply. When appellant failed to file a docketing statement, this court issued an order on April 12, 2024, directing appellant to file a docketing statement by April 26, 2024. See NRAP 14. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or to otherwise communicate with this court. Additionally, this court's February 28 notice directed appellant to file a transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested by March 13, 2024, and an opening brief or informal brief by June 27, 2024. To date appellant has failed to file these documents. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
