ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING APPEAL AND TRANSFERRING DOCUMENTS

Docket No. 88802 is an appeal from an oral denial of a motion to amend/strike judgment of conviction. The clerk of this court inadvertently docketed the appeal in Docket No. 88859 as a separate matter when appellant filed several notices of appeal challenging the same order. Accordingly, the clerk of this court is directed to administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 88859 and transfer to Docket No. 88802 all documents filed or received in that matter.
