ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING APPEAL AND TRANSFERRING DOCUMENTS

Docket No. 88558 is an appeal from an order of the district court denying a motion to issue a detainer to Nevada department of corrections of prisoner's impending release and a petition for the court to dismiss or set aside the sentence. The clerk of this court inadvertently docketed the appeal in Docket No. 88805 as a separate matter when appellant filed a second notice of appeal challenging the same order. Accordingly, the clerk of this court is directed to administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 88805 and transfer to Docket No. 88558 all documents filed or received in that matter.
