ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order granting respondent's motion to dismiss appellant's complaint. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Egan K. Walker, Judge.

In response to this court's order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, appellant filed a notice of withdrawal of appeal, which this court construes as a motion for voluntary dismissal. See NRAP 42(b). Cause appearing, appellant's motion for voluntary dismissal of this appeal is granted. This appeal is dismissed.
